Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers

When you use palmbaysepticpumping.com, you may hand over personal details. This page covers where they go.

Palm Bay Septic Pumping refers requests to septic pumping pros. It is not the business that shows up to do the job.

Operator: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772. References to "we" below mean Terra Nova Trading LLC.

The information involved

• The request form collects your name, a phone number, an email address, a service choice and a message. The consent you gave is stored too, including the version of the wording and the time.
• Chatting with the assistant creates a log of the conversation (your messages and the replies), your IP address and a session ID that stays in your browser only while the tab is open.
• Calls to (321) 216-9012: a log is kept with your phone number, the time and duration. You are told the call may be recorded, and once the call is answered that portion may be recorded. Voicemail messages are transcribed to text.
• Our server keeps basic logs of each visit (page, IP address, referrer, browser). Google Fonts delivers the fonts, so Google sees your IP address too. We do not use tracking pixels for advertising.

How we use it

Your information is used to match your request with septic pumping pros and to reply to you.

It is also used to document your consent, filter out fake or automated submissions, and maintain the site.

Sharing

Each request is forwarded to no more than three septic pumping pros, with your name, phone, email and message.

The pros are not part of this site. Their own privacy practices apply to what they hold.

We also rely on service providers for hosting, phone and text delivery, email, and the AI language model behind the chat assistant. They process data for us only as necessary to provide those services.

We will disclose information if legally required, and when needed to handle fraud, abuse or security threats.

Pros may pay us for referrals or for access to requests; where state law treats that as a "sale" or "share" of personal information, see the state section below for how to opt out.

Calls, texts and email

By checking the consent box you agreed that no more than three pros may contact you by phone, text and email about your request, including with automated technology.

You do not have to consent to use the site. Msg & data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to a text to opt out and HELP for help. If several pros text you, reply STOP to each one.

How long we keep it

Chat, call and visit logs are deleted once they are 24 months old.

We keep your request and your consent record for 5 years as proof of consent, after which they are erased or de-identified.

You can ask us to erase yours sooner.

Security

We use appropriate measures to secure the information we hold.

Nothing online is risk-free, and we cannot offer a guarantee.

Children's privacy

The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly gather data from children, and will erase it if we learn we have.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or erase it, and ask us to stop passing your information to pros.

You can email privacy@palmbaysepticpumping.com, use the contact form on this site or call (321) 216-9012. We may need to verify your identity first, and we honor appropriate requests from anyone, whichever state you live in.

Florida residents

We only call or text you about your request if you have given consent on this site, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or telling us. Florida's comprehensive privacy statute applies only to very large businesses, but we handle every request above the same way for Florida residents.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. For privacy questions, email privacy@palmbaysepticpumping.com, use the contact form on this site or call (321) 216-9012. Our mailing address is Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
